Make sure to bring your charged chromebook and charger. During the testing period students are not permitted to have communication devices in the testing room, this includes smart watches. These will need to be placed in your locker during the testing period.
Teachers please take homeroom attendance and then have students report to their testing areas.
- Student Council is sponsoring a Get Ready for the Test Coloring Contest for the month of April. Coloring sheets may be picked up in the office between class or before study hall and are due today. Once you have completed the paper, return it to the office with your name and grade written on the back. The top 3 winners in each grade will receive a prize.
- Attention Jr. Honor Society members. We are in need of tutors. Please see Mr. Maleski to sign up.
- There will be a student council meeting in Mrs. Rowen's room on Wednesday during 8th grade lunch . All members should attend.
- There is a sign up sheet in the office for 8th grade boys who would like to play soccer next year. There will also be a meeting on Thursday at 2:00pm with Coach Asher. Please wait to be called down.
- Students that are waiting to enter the cafeteria for lunch must remain in line and stay to the right hand side of the hallway allowing those students and staff room to get by.
- McCormick students respect their educational environment. They make sure if they see a mess or trash laying around, they do their part by helping to pick or clean it up. Whether in the cafeteria, restroom, hallway or classroom do your part and help to keep our McCormick home neat and orderly to support our learning environment.
- McCormick students be sure to keep to the right in the hallways when walking so that everyone can move through the building safely.
- Make sure you are exhibiting the skills of Positive Communication, Positive Group/Team Work, Being to class on Time, Problem Solving, Questioning and Reflecting, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Listening, and Empathy for a chance to earn a ticket for the end of the quarter rewards. We will be giving away some great prizes.
